SSR/E-fuse

The solid-state relay (SSR) / battery disconnect switch is a bidirectional high current switch. It is designed for battery operated vehicles, telecom applications and renewable power systems. It can replace conventional mechanical contactors. It is designed to have a long operating lifetime compared to a mechanical contactors. It enhances the system’s reliability and availability. With no moving parts, SSRs reduce wear and tear, minimize maintenance, and enhance the overall performance of systems. A variety of protections can be incorporated to tailor to the system needs. They can also communicate with the VCU via communication protocols such as CAN, RS485 etc.
